Yes, you can book your room by calling our Central Reservations at 902 400 661 or directly to the destination where you want to make your stay.

· Which means do I have to request information and book? [+]

Amic Hotels has several ways to contact and resolve any questions you may surgirte.

1 .- Through our website: you can make the reservation and if you have any questions, enter 'questions and comments', where our marketing team will answer any questions you may have about our services, opening up honest and open dialogue.

2 .- through the Central Reservation Phone: 902 400 661, in which our reservations team will solve any questions you have and if you want to confirm your reservation.

· What advantages do I have if I book through the web? [+]

Free bus service from the airport, both outward and return for booking more than 7 nights in any regime

· How to book via the web? [+]

On the home page of our website you will find a section called 'reservations on-line', in which selecting the dates that interest you, you can access the availability of rooms for accommodation, procedures and prices.

Accommodation
Select the desired accommodation: hotel, apartments, camping, etc..

Room Type
If you selected a specific accommodation, you will leave the room types that are available and can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Regime
    
You can select the system or want to offer our personal advice is to always book in our famous all-inclusive, in which we specialize, and has also included field trips, extra activities and many other advantages.

Check-in
    
Once you make the reservation, and be able to go to accommodation, even on the same day if the booking is confirmed and the availability of your selected dates.

Departure date

Number of People

If the chosen accommodation is not available, we offer alternative accommodation and date automatically.

It is important to check the contact information you provide to us in case we need to contact you before your arrival to the facility.

Comments
    
You can tell those observations you need for your booking such as: I want a parking space, cot in the room request, or any preference you want.

    
After filling all fields you can click the Book button and you will have your booking. You should see a window that indicates that your reservation has been completed successfully and give you the option to print your voucher at the time, or you can wait to receive your e-mail and print time.

· Do I have my reservation guaranteed? [+]

If you've done correctly your reservation through our website, you get a voucher you can print either the end of the book or from your email inbox, where you will receive the same bonus.

     This bonus means that your reservation has been completed successfully and is guaranteed until 18.00 pm on day of arrival.

     If any question, you will not show up at the accommodation before this time, you must contact the accommodation to advise that you arrive after 18:00, or with the Central Booking and communicate, to guarantee your reserve until the time you indicate. We encourage you to notify us if you are arriving later to avoid losing your accommodation booking.

· Is it necessary to present the confirmation voucher? [+]

If you file your bond will always be easier and faster to locate your reservation and process your entry into housing. Presenting your ID or passport will suffice to locate your reservation. However as the voucher does not involve payment of any amount, does not need proof of the reserve, although we always recommend submitting it to the arrival for added security and agility. We also recommend bringing a copy of the 100 deposit in case you have early booking discount.

· How I can change my reservation? [+]

Once you confirm your reservation you can change any details by contacting the selected accommodation by phone, e-mail or fax it to Central Reservations:

Products & Fares

· My reservation is paid when I get to stay? [+]

You do not have to pay anything to reserve. Early Booking Again, with more than 30 days. On arrival at your facility, you pay the entire bill reserved. Check the booking conditions and cancellation

· ¿Can I hire a Cancellation insurance? [+]

we offer you our flexible fares, whereby, for a small fee of 2.5 per person and day, you're guaranteed the return of your deposit on booking, for the reasons set out in the Summer brochure conditions. It is essential to have paid the insurance on the booking to be eligible for Flexible Rate.

· What does the scheme or plan each meal? [+]

Depending on the accommodation you can make your reservation into five regimes, or different meal plans:

Only (SA)
     It does not include any meals, only include accommodation.

Bed & Breakfast (BB)
     It also include accommodation and breakfast buffet. Magic Club program includes animation and Rifi Friends Club for children.

Half Board (MP)
     Besides accommodation includes breakfast and dinner. If you prefer lunch (at noon) instead of dinner, it should inform the accommodation reception upon arrival. Magic Club program includes animation and Rifi Friends Club for children.

Full Board (PC)
     Includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Magic Club program includes animation and Rifi Friends Club for children.

All Inclusive (TI)
     Regimen is ideal for holidays, plus breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks available to you outside of meal times. In some properties 24 hours, selected premium brand drinks, water 1 / 3 bottle, hiking, and many other advantages.
