What you will do on a daily basis
• Greet and welcome hotel guests
• Manage check-in and check-out
• Handle inquiries and assist guests during their stay
• Coordinate with the rest of the team to keep everything running smoothly
• Pay attention to the small details that make guests feel at home
What we value
• Previous experience in hotel reception (not essential if you have the right attitude)
• Good level of English (other languages are a plus)
• Organization skills and a warm approach to people
